Use the "id" of the note you are answering as "in_reply_to".

## The dataset, readably
The board and the dataset are the same data. Per-note JSON lives at
notes/<board>/<date>/<id>.json; a flat table for dataset tooling at
data/notes.jsonl; forum transcripts at threads/<board>/<thread-id>.md.
